Hi I have 1 year experience in SAP Fico in capgemini and have ctc of 4.25 lakhs. I cleared two technical rounda where deep domain related questions were asked and it seems interview went very well and told I be getting Hr call for further process. Fishes please tell me how much hike should I ask from infosys for Associate consultant : SAP Fico position? I was thinking to ask 100 percent hike ie. 8.5 lakhs. I read on glassdoor the avg salary is 8.5 lakhs. Please help me how much hike should i ask Capgemini

Yeah I would agree with G1. I think leaning heavily into how your experiences and values as an individual fit well with the larger corporate values. Use behavioral stories to demonstrate your character, and your commitment to growth and collaboration. That's where I would focus!

Technical and behavioural competency questions would be of similar nature like in AWS. We are all measured on impact so be ready to show case that in yours answers

Every colleague and “leader” at MSFT is very much hiring for this perception of “corp values” because they assume the baseline technical qualifications are there.
More specifically, the small majority of leaders are embedded “promote to obsolescence” lifers that won’t be able to challenge u on anything super hardcore. Sooooo
Have a story and lean into demonstrating ur chops while simultaneously weaving in the standard “corp goodie goodie” e.g., leadership skills, initiative, blah blah.
TL:DR - the person that has the most say in u getting in also can’t quiz u on anything tech. So get s/he to like u based on “corp culture” then back into tech with the other interviewers
Honestly I had the same problem. I got interviews from any other FAANG company but Microsoft was impossible. Not sure how I got this but definitely tailor your cv to the position. If you can get a referral it might help you too
