I have an offer from Dubai for 20,000 AED. Additionally, I’m holding a couple of offers from Bhubaneswar, India, ranging from 35 to 38 LPA. With 11 years of experience in IT (including around 7 years in Data Science and Gen AI), I’m trying to determine the best option.

I have one child, and I’m particularly interested in whether a salary of 20,000 AED in Dubai would be sufficient for a family of three.

I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.

I was just offered a sales consultant role at a spirit’s distributor 65K with potential to make 75K if I meet goals etc. My dream job @ Red Bull, Similar role but way more fun around the same range of $$ possibly slightly more ..am still waiting to hear if I made it to the final round. I just got a really great offer, only downside is the eligibility for maternity leave is after 12 months of employment. We got a faint positive today but have had so many chemical pregnancies over the past year that I am not confident it will stick this time BUT I am on aspirin and progesterone for this try … so it could..
