I have an offer from EY, Thales and Bold. EY is offering 18lpa+10% bonus and Thales is offering 15.5 + 10% bonus and bold is offering 16 lpa.
My profile is for full stack developer. Kindly suggest which offer shall I choose considering work life balance and professional growth.

I'm a depressed 32 yrs old single with 8 YOE. Last drawn CTC was 5 LPA even after switching 5 companies.
When I see Ppl with 18LPA or 23LPA with 4 or 5 YOR, I really feel my gut wrench with sadness wishing I had that CTC.

Anyone else super unimpressed with administrative support with a new firm after lateraling? I told a partner I’d just take care of a routine task myself. He told me my rate is too high and to use a “project manager” (basically an intern they can pay less than a paralegal). We have a 40 person group and 3 project managers making starvation wages. Big firm. You’d know the name.
