I have an offer from TCS (105%) and Infosys (70%).
Accenture is offering 60% as retention offer.
I am confused - stay back or switch?

Pros of stay back -
~ Hybrid model but rarely go to office
~ Better yearly hikes.
~ Work from anywhere as hybrid model is the same as wfh model in our team.

Cons of stay back -
~ Less Hike

Pros of switch -
~ Hike

Cons of switch -
~ Need to go to office (daily / hybrid)
~ Next hike in year 2.
~ Next promotion after 3 yrs min
