I have applied for a total of 220 positions, all in manufacturing, quality, technical, continuous improvement, management type roles. All positions I am qualified for and I feel like I can either complete the duties today, or be easily trained tomorrow for what I am lacking. The results... I have secured 1 HR half hour phone interview, was told I would be recommended to the next interview step, but didn't move on.
Does anyone have any advice or direction that they can give me that is reliable?

Round 1: HR round. cleared.

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? I joined a company 3 months ago, does it look bad in CV to leave again in 3 months? I hv a 6 month gap in career in 2019 due to lay off (covid). total exp 9 yrs. SCM exp 6 yrs.

After a final interview, how many days after can I expect an answer from the recruiter?

At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.

I also sent my references. I don’t know when I can expect an reply. Recruiters from that company aren’t really organised
