Any one got the retention offer from TCS ?
Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?
I had an interview with @cognizant all rounds done with HR AND Salary negotiation, after that I sent an email to them related to my offer status. However, they replied me as, we have kept you on hold etc.
And now @cognizant hr called me 3 times for job opening, and I have told them my offer is on hold. Now, they have scheduled interview. Is it for same or new. It's really confusing for me.
If they release old offer what we have discussed or they will interview me again

Honestly I’ve been in the same predicament and have found that most often than none persistence is key. I think the right recuriter will reach out to you. Offcourse a referral helps and that’s where LinkedIn come handy
i’ve been applying to AMEX since 2022 😂
did you apply with a referral? if not, try with a referral. I also don't encourage to apply to too many roles because it doesn't look good, it looks desperate from HR perspective, especially if you applied in a short period of time for all those roles
You need a referral or a contact at AMEX, just applying in a black box
I’m in a similar spot and I have a contact at Amex and still nothing
I don't think it matters how many roles you apply to... as long as they are similar in nature and level. Each dept has a different internal recruiter. I have actually been on two interviews lately from two diff recruiters and the second one didn't even know I applied to other roles or even interviewed! She also was suggesting to submit me to other roles she was working on.... so I don't think it matters how many you apply to. Maybe try uploading your resume and let the system tell you which ones are good potential matches. I think that is what would help flag your resume when they are searching to share with the hiring mgr. good luck! I am referring to AMEX as I am currently trying to make the move over
Thanks!!!
Have you ever thought they don’t want you?
Unintelligent answer.
Yeah applying to too many positions at a company does not look good and just because you have a contact or referral does not mean you will get the job, interview, and/or advantage over other applicants.
You can get black listed if you apply too much?
Email the CEO at this point 😂
Maybe someone at Amex could speak this their practices specifically, but I know lots of companies post roles that they never intend to fill. Sometimes, just to have a stack of ready candidates handy, sometimes to test the waters for the type of talent available in the area, etc. So it could be that they are real roles that you are not hearing back about.
Hey I had interviews but got ghosted after 2 nd round. Dodged bullet they seem disorganized.
I work at amex and been applying “internally”with
Literally no luck lol
I feel like bank of america culture and amex culture is the same very similar honestly dont feel the difference
Only 40? Those are rookie numbers…
A lot of companies are posting jobs with no intent to currently hire. It’s unfortunate that individuals with the exact background of positions listed or a similar background with great credentials are not getting interviews. It appears they would like to keep a selection of candidates in the event of turnover or if they want to let someone go. I think there should be a time limit on positions posted say 3 months and not have positions lying around for 8+ months.
I'm hiring! 😊

Are the pay ranges for AMEX jobs in NYC very accurate? They have jobs listed from $60k-160k. There’s no way that’s accurate
How so? Too low or too high?
Find a recruiter that works with AMEX. You will need to do some research on LinkedIn but that is the only way in.
JP Morgan Chase You should take a guess of why they did not answer you back. I already know the answer.
Hi, can anyone tell me the salary range for Data Science/Analytics manager at Amex in top cities (SF, NY, Chicago)? Thanks!
