I have around 15 years of experience in Oracle EPM planning and budgeting implementations. I am thinking of working as a contractor. I am getting offers from contracting companies for a max rate of 100 per hour. Just wanted to know if i am getting low balled. My present salary is around 140k. I am moren in doing core tech work rarher than assigning tasks to members and following up with them constantly.

I recently switched to a developer role in a product based company from a support engineer for past 4 years in a service based company. I got a good hike as well.

I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Now I still am the site supervisor on projects but I’m also doing all the construction manger duties on the project as well. Essentially 2 jobs for one salary. We have yearly reviews in December but no talks of raise have been discussed. Any help on approaching this to my boss?
