I have attended an interview at Wipro 3 weeks back. I'm pretty sure that it all went well. But the HR is not responding or providing me the feedback. Does this mean I'm rejected?

What is the best way to reach out after not getting the job to ask for feedback? Do interviewers really ahve time to provide feedback for the candidate they didn't go with?

Hey everyone! I’m interviewing for an HR Generalist role at a Fintech company, this will be their first HR hire and will be reporting to the CFO. I got invited to a second round interview to meet the team to ensure that it’s a good culture fit. I would love to know any thoughts on what I should ask or do to ensure that I am great fit.
