I have been a school counselor for the past 9 years and I also suffer from chronic migraines. Over the past three years, my migraines have gotten worse as the work load, students, and staff become more stressful in general. I’ve come to the realization, that for my family, my mental health, and physical well-being, I need to leave education and counseling(not work with kids). Has anyone had a similar experience? If so, what are you doing now, where did you look for jobs? Work/life/balance is key

I was hoping someone can help me with the next task: basically, I need to create inventory recommendation based on past performance. What I am very confused about is that they gave me Booked Impressions (=4M), but in the task it says I should assume there is unlimited inventory. Am I supposed to use this 4M only to calculate spend, ROAS, etc., but can actually have unlimited allocated impressions? Thank you!

Hi all... my name is Jill. I am a guidance counselor at Syosset High School located in Long Island NY. (9-12). We are a highly competitive school district with college admissions being paramount.

Are any other counselors getting pulled constantly for testing? I am in NC and my district is in person 2 days a week and remote 3 days a week with A on Mons and Tues, B Thurs and Frids, and group R fully remote. So when we test, we have 3 different groups 3 times the testing and not to mention the accommodations...

Currently have a 5th grade girl who is struggling with classroom behaviors and choices. When questioned, she says she wants to be a boy, but her parents won’t allow it. Obviously, she is struggling with more than making good choices at school. Her parents are very kind and appreciative of all we do for their child, but they are also clearly struggling with this. Anyone ever been in a similar situation or have some advice on how we can best support the student?
