I have been actively working as a CNA for 14 years. A few weeks ago, I went on an interview for a job and determined I was no longer interested due to a low pay rate. In hindsight, I realized I forgot to ask if they pay for experience. The job is still available as it is a long term care facility. I have attempted to reapply but the system shows that I have previously applied and will not let me reapply. How should I approach the situation to ask the question?
