I have been at my current job for 2 years. They always complain about overtime. I work with Hospice patients and families. Most of the time I am in a visit longer than 30min not counting the drive between patients. Was told they were going to make me salary! Can the company just change it like that? Not even sure I will stay now because my work ethic is not going to change. So I will be working for free at times. I'm not liking this set up at all! What are your thoughts?
