I have been freelance as a Senior AD for five years. Last October I took a job for some stability and within a few months the company sold and liquidated. It’s been 9 months since then, over 500 applications and I’m starting to doubt my book/resume. I do photo/video work and branding on the side but I’m starting to wonder if I should weather the storm or try to shift into a marketing role or something?

It was only a couple years ago where I was being recruited for roles weekly. Losing hope 🙃

One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!
