I have been selected as Cloud Support Engineer in Amazon and is being offered 20lpa fixed and 5lpa sign on bonus for first year and 4lpa sign on bonus for second year. And I am being offered 20lpa in Amazon stocks spread over 4 years. My YOE=5 years and I am from DevOps background. When the salary discussion happened I didn't negotiate at all. Is the offer good enough for my experience?

Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay? Please share if you know anything about it.
