I have been selected in EY India with 11.5 as fixed salary what will be my inhand after all deductions. 55689 is my yearly PF deduction.

I have following 2 offers: Lummo: 45 + 3 (Joining Bonus) + 12 ESOP (60LPA) Loft Labs: 52LPA + $13,000 (Equity) I'm confused as the lummo offer includes all the benefits like health insurance etc. but is higer taxed because of TDS Whereas the offer from Loft is a contract role hence there's no TDS component and I can take advantage of Presumptive Taxation Scheme, however not health insurance or other benefits etc. What do you guys suggest?
