I have cleared my 3rd round of Deloitte interview on sep5th 2025 and last week on 27th I got mail stating that
"I got selected and for further round(HR), we are awaiting a few business confirmations and internal approvals necessary to move ahead."
I am working as Java Backend Developer having 3.4 YOE.
can anyone please tell me how long the process will take atleast to get offer, as I am about to get other offers in between but wanted to go Deloitte only. Please help me what should I do

Amazons excessive interviews are an awful candidate experience. Why do they think this will help them win top talent in this competitive environment? Especially with their public cultural issues…? Lots of great paying companies without having to take a day off from work to interview! It’s overkill

Can anyone tell how much time Accenture takes to give confirmation call or offer letter after all the process. Because my recruitment process was started in January and my last interview was in March 1st week which I cleared. After that they did Background Verification. Now it's been a month there is no communication from their side and they don't even reply to raised tickets. Please help me with this query.
