I have close to 10 years of PMM experience and am no stranger in laid offs. This time around is different. After sending out 100+ resumes, I only got invited to two introductory convos. I get rejected from positions that I know I check all the boxes. In discussing with a recruiter friend, apparently companies are now super picky and they’re looking for 11s among 10s. I want to see if anyone else is experiencing similar challenges.

I have done 3 rounds of interviews in Wells Fargo for Senior Software Engineer. The HR who is coordinating the interviews told final Hiring Manager round is pending. I have done Client interview on 26th Nov. What next and what will be the further process?
