I have completed 2 technical interviews and 1 HR round in HCL. I recently had a salary negotiation with HR and she told that she will send the salary breakup mail after approval. She also mentioned the design and band. When can I expect to get this salary breakup mail. Please advise.

Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?

About 3 years ago I decided to test the job market and realized I was being paid 20% less than I could get elsewhere.
