I have completed 3 rounds of interview with the company for every round I asked about the feedback they have given positive feedback about my interview but after the third round of interview I am not getting any updates about hr round, it's been 5 days, can I ask for updates or wait for them how long they can take it for hr discussions.

I've gotten feedback that I'm too honest in my interviews, is that really a con for future employers? 🫤 How do I refrain from doing that anymore?

YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?
