I have completed L1 and L2 with capgemini and HR discussion also done on 2nd April HR offered me 15 LPA I said ok CCTC 11LPA(4YOE) but after 5 days today she said that profile rejected because of higher salary demand I said I am ok with lesser hike also she said will try again and see if approval comes so my doubt is will they really try again with lesser ask or she is simply saying? Anybody please help….

Plaintiff side question - comp is base plus % of fees. Firm has non equity split % with associate working on case. This normal for a non equity partner? Normal associate comp is full % when working with an equity partner.
