I have got call for two different roles in Genpact . Can I interview for both the roles simultaneously or should I let HR know about that?

With over 2 YOE in commercial sales at Dell and look at other tech company. What should seeking OTE (Base + Commission) when interviewing with other companies ? Open to any advice.

Spoke to hiring manager and they even offered another position which matched my skills. Scheduled a full panel interview. Met with the team had a great chat, Founder even said "I guess you can start right away"..Hiring manager calls later says they'll update then boom that generic email hits my inbox. At this point you're just like arrrrrrgh😩
