I have had issues getting a hold of a real person with the likes of Experian, eBay, Uber, and Xfinity, the last of which I had to physically drive to the store just to get the customer service phone number, which wasn't listed anywhere online. Why do so many companies have no REAL customer service phone numbers?

This is my BIGGEST pet peeve these days. If you have an issue, it takes SO long to finally get to talk to someone on the phone. The AI/chat bots are all horrible. Why can't these companies just hire full customer support teams?!

I hate that. Cash App is the same way which is really annoying when you're dealing with money. They're should be laws against this

Tell me about it! It costs ways more to get new customers than to retain them most of the time. But it’s not hurting their business enough for them to care.

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.
