I have I have an in-person interview with EY next week, call with Bain recruiter tomorrow and call with KPMG recruiter end of the week. How do I handle if I get an offer but waiting for others?

She said regarding upload of documents I will receive a call for that but it has been one week and I haven't received anything and what is talent coach who discusses salary discussion round with you? Can anyone explain

I got offer letter from mastercard with joining date as 14 nov and my LWD is 23 nov.. So i informed HR and they agreed that revised joining date will be provided as per LWD screenshot from current organization.

Now I have done follow up multiple time and they are saying they will do it and keep trust on them but not providing ETA.

Looking to transition out of Management Consulting and going into big tech in NYC. Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? That will never happen!!!
