Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?
I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.

Let’s talk comp — I’m a remote head of recruitment with 6 years of experience being paid 75K base plus bonuses that got me to 90K this year. I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

I got offer Letter from infosys 2.5 months back, now when I am trying to decline the offer by sending a mail to HR, it was not getting delivered as HR left the organisation 1 month back, I forwarded mail to feedback team of infosys but still got the mail from onboarding team with joining details and WebEx link, kindly suggest how to proceed in this case.

I have been approached by 3 separate HR people at a startup company to interview for a position. I already have a fulltime job that pays well and I only started 6 months ago too. Anyways, the pay was intriguing and the job was a high level scientific advisor so I did interviews. At the last interview, at the end I was told the job was for management but I prepared for a different kind of interview. I am waiting for an offer or rejection letter. I feel peeved that they wasted my time. Red flags?

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.

If taking the subway to my home office isn't part of my normal commute, and the client I am on is outside the commute to my home office and requires it, am I entitled to expense my Metro Card?
