I have received Infosys offer of 20 LPA , and for Capgemini the salary discussion is going on, and I have send Infosys offer to Capgemini, now the Capgemini HR is saying that they will give 21 LPA ,if u give surety to join Capg. How to deal such situations with HR, somebody pls help.

The years of experience are the same, but you have 3 designations (they have 0), you have 3 licenses (they have just 2), they have little to no experience with technical complex claims (you have hundreds), and you have 3 years in management (they have 0).
