I have received offer from Barclays and they want me to join as soon as possible in 60 days atleast and i had already mentioned to hr that my np is 3 month. I have applied for my resignation, spoke with my Accenture PL but she said it is mandatory to serve 90 days in any case for client billability. What should i do? Is it possible to negotiate Np in accenture? If yes what reason can I mention. Kindly help Accenture Barclays

Throughout my career, I have worked at both “traditional” and “digital” shops. My current agency would fall under traditional but also offers digital services. Our process, roles and skillsets seem way outdated but I wasn’t sure if it was just my opinion or if this is just how it works. For example, we have no CTO or tech leads. Our digital producers feel more like project managers than actual producers. Account Management is just traditional, no real digital knowledge. Feels layered and dated.
