I have recently appeared for Deloitte USI interviews. First one was technical. Recruiter confirmed that second round will be managerial but it was again technical. Then again they said third round will be managerial and it again turned into technical. So I have given almost 3 technical rounds . Did anyone face this?

They told me to focus on contract management, which I have been doing for the past year. I was depressed and wanted to leave my company but my manager assured that they will retry it again next year if not picked they would even try L1. I was concerned with my current CTC so he gave me a 32% hike just to retain me making my CTC as 13 LPA. My question here is is it worth waitng
