I have recently cleared managerial round at Visa and only HR discussion is pending. I wanted to know what is the compensation range for senior software developer at Visa.
I studied at a tier 3 college
YOE - 3.5 years
Current CTC - 12.5lpa
Offer in hand of 20lpa from Accolite.

Any suggestion how much salary i can ask would be helpful.
