No. You took the call. You need to articulate a reason for what’s missing in your current role that would cause you to jump ship. It doesn’t have to be the real reason (more money, title bump, my boss is a mouth breather) but you need something.
Your response about HR would make you appear rudderless and passive.
Great go to answer is "your firm has caught my eye in the past / I've always respected the work you do in X, so had to take the call even though I've only been here for a short time" - just be ready to answer "why" if they dig deeper 😉
