How is WLB in PwC india lately?
Do you really work 8 hours a day?
Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

Recently, I got an offer from Microsoft and the team is Dynamics 365 Globalization team. Could anyone let me know how is the work culture and tech stack in the team?
They are offering less as compared to my other offers. That is why i am trying to understand more about the work in teams?
Thanks Microsoft

It’s time to start looking for a new job my love. If you’ve been doing two jobs, consider whichever you like more and start looking for roles, with such titles.
Sending a hug. This is a rough situation to be in. The moment you cry at work is when you know it’s time to move on. I hope you’re able to find a new position soon with a salary increase, great benefits, and good work-life balance.
I’m so sorry you’re feeling this way. Are you able to have a candid conversation with your manager explaining that you would like assistance prioritizing your workload so you can reduce your hours? Share that it’s taking a mental and physical toll. Outline the extra responsibilities that are having you work long hours and explain that you’re unable to put in the same amount of time moving forward. I know it’s tough to back track and set boundaries but it sounds like you’ve reached the point where it’s critical.
I'm so sorry to hear this. I hope you put those requests in writing (via email). Welcome to the world if workplace politics where leaders put all the work on you, regardless of capacity or expertise, then blame you for failing. They are blaming you to put pressure on you to "fix" it rather than they help you. It's a game. I agree with others that you should look for a new job. In addition, I urge you to get a counselor to help you bring this situation to the truth and right perspective so that you navigate confidently and appropriately going forward to change the narrative and experience. Lastly, I urge you to seek a lawyer (not your hr) because this may also be considered workplace bullying. Get some $$$ and vindication on your way out. Be strong and good luck.
It’s time to start looking elsewhere
I am so sorry to hear this OP, I have definitely been in your shoes and know what that is like. Have you brought up your workload to your direct supervisor and let them know that you can't get all your work done because of how much is being piled on you.
