I have total 8.9 years of experience but my salary is 4.95LPA... Since last so many years I was in a single company without switching... Now I got selected in HCL and my On-boarding is going on... Salary negotiation has not happened yet... They said I will get a call soon... Initially I asked for 15LPA as per my experience but the on-boarding person said 15LPA is too much and I am asking for 3times more my current salary...

How much shall I expect from HCL at this stage?? Please tell me...

Cleared Accenture Skill interview by answering almost all the questions and received congratulatory mail for HR round and submitting all documents. Then after a week received a call from HR saying that due to some technical issue, the skills round will happen again and an online assessment was set up. In the assessment, questions which were not directly related to the profile were asked and then a rejection mail was received. Does this happen a lot?

Please help!! Having an offer from Cts for 12 lpa(11.5 F) in Kolkata. Another offer from Credit Suisse Pune 13.6 Lpa F. I want to understand whether I will get a project as per my tech stack in CTS.
