I have two years of accounting experience. 1 in external public audit and 1 in industry. I also have about 5 years of digital transformation experience. (Contract work) As well as some other industry specific experience in the insurance market. Does anyone have any advice on a consulting route I can take? Also if anyone would be willing to extend a referral please let me know. Currently in the ATL area. Also have my MBA from a non-target. No CPA (but eligible)

Digital transformation and related areas could be the option. I'm happy to help with referral to relevant positions if you find a couple examples on the Deloitte website! You can DM me if you're looking for a Deloitte referral!

I have been searching for job from quite a long time and all I have seeing HR/Panels asking for
1. Number of implementation projects done.
2. Work experience on S4 Hana.

And if I don't have atleast any one of these, I will not be considered.

Is it really that important ?

Being joined as a fresher - Is it really something that I can decide whether to be in support or implementation project ?

Is upgrading of ECC to S4 Hana in my hands ? And the difference is really that vast ?

How much is too much when pushing for a raise? I’ve been in my position a little over 1 year, received top scores in my annual review, kept my team intact, yet I’m paid at the lowest salary band for my level. I’m currently interviewing with a few top 10 firms and a couple top 100 firms for a mostly remote experienced associate/new senior role. Does anyone have any tips on virtual interviews and how to gauge the culture of the firm and if it really will be a good fit for you? I’m struggling to figure out that out because I used to gauge it on the feeling I got while in their office during interviews. Any suggestions would be helpful :)

I am currently a care coordinator with one of the big insurance companies. I want off the phone, I have been applying for Rn jobs in utilization but have not gotten the last 5-6-7 I applied for, I lost count… I am thinking more analytics and business side of things now. I finished my MSN LM to maybe stand out from the large amount of applicants they get. BUT I have no experience in analytics.. so I have a chance? How do I get training in tableau, sql, interqual, project management, alteryx..

I am also an open source contributor for some NEXTjs related tooling.

⚠️Toxicity Alert ⚠️

My previous manager would track us by hours daily, made a fuss everytime anything stretched and guilt us for that and the unplanned leave too unless it was COVID. Hinted him a lot of time, this is problematic but apparently he considered it "standard practice for agile".

Now 8/10 teammates have switched within < 1 year of project start (6-7 months with him) which tbh had good work in our opinion and even team was fun to work with even though none of us ever met in person.

Hello all! So I’m currently a Realtor in LA. Prior to being a Realtor, I was a store manager for a luxury store in Beverly Hills. I was kind of forced to get out of retail when the pandemic hit so my only option at the time was to jump in to real estate as I already had my license. I’ve been feeling unfulfilled with real estate and truly miss luxury retail. Does anyone have any referrals for luxury retail jobs in Los Angeles? I would love to hear from you! Thank you for taking reading my post!
