i , I received an offer as Contingent Workforce Specialist(HR - Talent Acquisition) from #Legato Healthcare technologies on the payroll of Randstad. They mentioned this will be a 6 months C2H role. I wanted to understand Is it a good choice to go for the Role. What will be the chances of converting into FTE? Is this company add any value to my resume?

Could someone please suggest how to handle this situation?

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?

My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.
