Hi-I have 120K in cash in HYSA. After keeping emergency fund aside. Still have 75-80K available that I plan to invest. After 401k, HSA, IRA and monthly expenses: we are left with 6K every month. So investing 12K every month in market. My worry is with that rate - it will take us 12-14 months to move the extra 75-80K mentioned above. However do not want to make a bulk move. Why would you ever want to rollover your 401K into an IRA? It seems like doing so would essentially prevent you from successfully being able to do a IRA to Backdoor Roth IRA conversion due to the pro-rata rule. Am I missing something? Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. But all of sudden hr is saying she is not confirm whether I'll get offer or not. They are bluffing all around to giving my offer. What should I do now
