I joined Accenture last week.
On day 1 itself, I received email mentioning that I have been hard locked into some project.
When I login to Jobs Gateway, I see a message "You are currently in X project till 12/31/2026.
When I login to workday,In experience section I see this project got added automatically.
Where Start Date is 06/2026
And End date is 12/2026.

Does this mean, I will be included in the project from June month to December month?

I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. My company contracts a web developer, we have a set amount of hours for the quarter and pay over if more work is needed.
He never gets anything done. Doesn’t answer emails half the time. The one thing he’s done was take out a blurb that threatened our eligibility for patent renewal.
