Hello fishes,
I have a background in finance and 6+ YOE of professional work experience, I had to leave CA in between due to family emergency and started working (although only 1 group of CA final is left, 1 is cleared already), so can anyone provide an insight if being CA qualified is a mandatory requirement in EY and EY GDS in position of Manager in Accounting, auditing,FAAS,AWM teams etc
Would appreciate any insight, as seems HR everywhere just see degree and not the relevant work ex..

I'm serving notice period in TCS and my last day is in 2 weeks. I requested for pickup of laptop in the portal but I came to know that it will take time for pickup and I won't be available if they come late. So I decided to go to office and surrender the laptop as I'm in the location of office only. Is there a seperate request to be raised for surrender of laptop and how to cancel the existing request for pickup. Please guide.Tata Consultancy

Keep looking. Company has hired you for its need and not as a favor. You don't owe anybody anything. And those who tell you that you do owe, kindly do not listen to such people.
Private job should be treated on the basis of this rationale. Rest all is HR course material best suited for MBA HR syllabus.
That is a by-product of the economical stimulus. It is not as if the industry or the company is started for the sole purpose of uplifting you or me or the society. It is earned by each individual, not given as charity. So my 2 cent is to stop feeling indebted or obligated.
Please work for at least 1 year in that company who has put faith in you after 5 years gap.

I have also selected in Infosys after my 6.5 years gap,and my joining date is April3,2023. For restart with Infosys Program whether they are providing work from home or work from office? kindly clarify.
No..I have joined 3rd April as mentioned in offer letter
You can look for other opportunities if work is not relatable to you or for any other reason. you can resign and in one month of notice period you can join other company if you are in probation.
if a career gap happens for 1 year or above if there will be a training at infosys.They will give training or else they put directly put into the projects
