Suddenly Yesterday I got an email that whoever has joined Mindtree recently and is not aligned to a project needs to start working from the office for 5 days. This was a big surprise for me, cuz I was preferring a company which can offer hybrid at least.

I'm trying to frame my answer to the leadership question. I once talked to my mom about how I was selected as CEO in a group project. It was because of my strong technical skills+connections(I already know 80% of the group)+activeness. My mom said that's exactly what she values in the professional setting. Can I answer the question in this way during interviews? I feel like it's not the common approach since this answer does not involve any specific actions, but could potentially stand out.

Looking to transfer into a client associate role (unregistered at the moment, but willing to obtain). Currently have ~1.5 YOE in valuation (financial statement analysis, modeling, etc.) I get that those skills could be unrelated to a CSA role, but I think there could be some similarities. Hey everyone i have joined Accenture as a fresher on career level 11 as a fullstack engineering Analyst. Cleared GFT and all learning stuffs. But i am on bench for approx 1.5 month. Cisco CTC - 16.2LPA , Fixed - 15.1LPA - Cisco TAC role.

Verizon data services llc - CTC 18LPA , Fixed - 16.1LPA

YOE - 6.5 Years
CCTC - 7.2 LPA
Tech - Networking and Security

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.

Is it a good idea to renegotiate with Cisco based on current offer from Verizon. Please share your thoughts.
