Hello there! I currently work in billing at a medical office. I got my Bachelors in Psychology a few years ago but I couldn’t find a position that seemed like a good option for me that was well paying and fulfilling. I tried working as a tech at an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic but it wasn’t a good fit. I’m hesitant to try case management or social work because I worry I won’t like it but I want to use my degree in Psychology. Does anyone have any ideas for me?

I currently work at Fidelity Investments in the call center. I want to move my career towards in person planning at a branch and there isn’t a lot of opportunity here at Fidelity to do that in my area. What are some other good firms to work for? I was looking into Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Edward Jones, and some others. Thoughts?

I am prior military and went to law school. I had a family to take care of while I was a student, hence I went as fast as possible to get to a paycheck, graduating in 2 years, and bypassing the standard summer clerkships. How could I get some experience strictly remote? I am w-2 working as an accountant in healthcare, have passed the bar and am working on my CPA license (studying starts at 3 am, then work FT). I would like to eventually hang a shingle as a tax lawyer, but need experience. TIA!

I have just started my journey in Salesforce and I have started working on Salesforce Vlocity. Order management to be specific. I wanted to know what are the opportunities and what kind of job market is there in Salesforce/Vlocity.

Also is it good for learning to start off with Vlocity/Order Management right off cause it is a bit confusing for me.

Has anyone here had a difficult recovery post-egg retrieval? It’s been 3 days and I’m still in a lot of pain. The medical team said I should expect to be uncomfortable for 5-7 days or more due to the high number of eggs retrieved (=very swollen ovaries) and it will take 2 weeks to get back to normal.

Thoughts on at-home pregnancy test 7 days post day 5 embryo transfer? Risks? Downsides? We have our blood test Sunday on day 9.

I had my hydrosonogram, trial embryo transfer, and an overall check of my uterus. Due to my muscle thickness, they're recommending with my next pregnancy to have another c-section. My partner and I are in the process of buying a PHEV that qualifies for the full non-refundable federal tax credit. We’re in such a vicious business. You give your heart & soul to an agency, a client, a brand. Then the wind changes & you’re laid off, reassigned, chewed up, spit out, on to the next. I’m tired.

It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better. Whatever you’re doing, wherever you are: get up and move even if you don’t finish or end up going on a walk. Pls take care of yourself❤️
