Certainly sounds more interesting if nothing else. I would've taken it
It’s a great offer. Take it, get some actual tech experience, vest your stock, and live it up in ATL. You can always come back to consulting later.

Excellent offer. Anyone who tells you otherwise is wrong
For one year solid but not great
Offer is good! Supplementing big 4 with tech is an excellent combo. If you’re purely motivated by dollars, you could make more sweating it out in tech consulting. But I’d wager you’ll learn a heck of a lot more at Square.
The days of consulting providing better exits the longer you stay are over — tech is on-par or better.
Out of curiosity, what is the role?

Take the offer. Good base for 1 YoE and the RSU will double within a year
Base is a little low. Do you have your MBA?
I had 8 years of experience almost 5 at big 4 when I interviewed at Square. They gave me 115 base and 50k stock options this was late 2019 and I turned them down because they refused to budge. The following year their stock quadruples. For 1 year of experience I think its a good offer. I interviewed for Atlanta location as well.
Congrats! That would be my dream job. Mind sharing what u did at big four and how you leveraged just a year of experience?
