I got offer in Bangalore FIS and my husband got an offer with one big company in Hyderabad. Both companies are currently WFH only but in future, I might have to consider moving to Hyderabad. Fis doesn't have office in Hyderabad so I was wondering if I can ask permanent WFH later. I guess I will be put in fis payment solution.

You’re basically doing the same job. Don’t sweat it, keep doing what you’re doing to the best of your ability.
It’s basically the same! Just make sure to have a point of view and take ownership over the work. If you need to give direction to people more junior than you, be clear about what you’re looking for while also guiding them.
The helping JRs and interns part is something I really enjoy doing. Ownership and pov is tough, I have a tendency to second guess myself a lot.
It’s okay to ask questions. The more you ask, the more you learn. The key is learning what battles to pick.
It’s the same job, just with higher expectations. Bring more references than you think you need. Have ones that feel center canvas. Have ones that feel way out in left field.
Most importantly (to me) is you have a clear POV, confidence in your taste, and remain coachable.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions, both to learn and to force other people to think. Look out for the Jrs the way you wished someone had looked out for you.

It’s pretty similar with a few changes. Depending on the agency you may get more ownership over projects and act as a mentor to newer creatives. You’ll have a bit more sway in client meetings, if you weren’t consistently presenting before you definitely will be now. The expectations raise for sure, but you have the experience to meet them so don’t worry!

As re: organization. As an ADHD girlie what helps me stay organized is putting in calendar deadlines for delivery and different steps of various projects. I also break it down in a task list and discern what’s is a high level of effort project vs a kill it and bill it.

I think im worried about not having a strong enough creative pov, not enough production experience, not being organized enough, and being able to drive the work.
I’m sure part of it is imposter syndrome but I do feel like those are some areas I still need some work on.
They’re giving senior titles to everyone you’ll be fine
Sorry didn’t mean to be negative. It’s just the market right now. They can’t afford creatives with lots of years of experience so they give senior titles to more green people. Don’t take it personal. Having said that, talk to your fellow sr ads and see how they think
