I just finished an interview where the guy kept interrupting me, saying "no, let me rephrase that" after each response. Every. Single. Question. I've been interviewing for a few months and never had this happen. Are interviewers being rude on purpose now to see how you handle it, or was I just totally off the mark?

They literally got offended and stared at me for asking about WLB...

Seems companies are not learning, even after the great resignations.. the big names... Like TCS, ibm.. are not doing any changes to their work culture and ethics to improve WLB.

Called recuit mgr.to let him know and he tells me the director is very busy as she’s the IT. Dir for the whole org.politely asked him to send her availability other than next Haven’t received anything since then . Wondering if such co. When I called HR i got a surprise answer..
They mentioned the position which I have intervied is different than the salary rem ranges. And my current salary is higher than position what they have got and asked for approval for rem ranges changes..

How does everyone bill for family law matters? Do you always bill hourly or is there some flat fee, monthly or quarterly fee structure that could work, even in contested matters? I have cases that the clients end up spending $20-$40,000 on a contested divorce and this is really out of their budget. I feel that if my firm could charge a flat fee of $10-$15,000, it would still be beneficial from a client predictability and volume standpoint and would generate more referrals.
