I just got a job offer as a PLAM with another agency that is paying $18k more a yr than what I am making. However the new agency sounds like they are not the greatest when it comes to organization and training. I feel very comfortable where I am at it’s just the pay that I wish was better. What should I do?!!! Please help!! Should I tell my current agency about the job offer and see if they will give me a bump?? Please help.
