I just got an offer from Google FinOps - Project and process manager. Base is $114K, Bonus 15%, and stock worth $131K vesting over a period of 4 years. My current base is $140K bit with the shitty Accenture bonus of 4-5%. I have 4 years of work experience. Is this a terrible offer? Location will be Austin

You are maybe about 4-6k low on base. Overall a decent offer. Don't forget about equity refreshes.

Also....focus how good it's going to feel when you tell accenture that you are leaving for google.

like

I would take Google but try to counter and see if you can get more on the equity.

like

I also really hate my job so I need to leave ASAP. I have contemplated quitting on multiple occasions

It's not a great offer, but it looks better than Accenture, ESPECIALLY if you hate your current job

like

You need to factor in other benefits’ monetary value. I know Google offer mega back door Roth contributions. The golden handcuffs are tough though.

Accenture does too just limited to 15k

like

That’s an average offer for L4, but as above your WLB and benefits will be much better! You’ll be a lot happier.

What level are you at Accenture?

Am at Level 9. Due for promotion this year but I just want out

that base is low. negotiate

Did you end up negotiating? I’m interviewing for the same role (also in Austin, 4 YOE). Would love some insight.

I am planning on asking for a raise in my base salary and I am unsure what the market price would be for my skills at a staffing agency. I am in the top producer at my company with over 50 producers. What should I be asking for in this situation?

What all are the benefits IQVIA provides. Need to understand on below points-

1. Leaves

3. Transportation
4. Medical benefits (like dental, optical)
5. Allowances
6. WFH
7. Bonus that excludes from CTC and variable
8. Annual/Half yearly parties
9. Goodies or gifts during major festival
10. Anything else 😅
