Hello everyone!
Can anyone please explain the promotion process followed here and specially at LCCI? If there's any minimum criteria like X no of years in a particular level, etc. followed while checking eligibility of an employee?
And also - what's the hike/increment range usually at the time of promotion?
Eli Lilly and Company.
Any leads would be highly helpful.
Thank you!

PMP cert is good to have to get you a role and more money on your pocket but not a must. It really depends on the area.
You definitely dont have to have a pmp to get a job. It may make you more attractive as a candidate yes but definitely not a requirement unless very specifically specified! I have my masters in pm and the capm and I’ve been a pm in 3 diff agencies already so it’s definitely not needed to have the pmp. You can certainly go for it if you have the requirements to sit in on the exam and you have the $$ and time to!
Pay for pocket prep premium for a few weeks before the exam and you should pass! I took the CAPM last year and passed above target in all areas and pretty much just spent like 2 weeks with the pocket prep materials. The CAPM course through the PMI is dry and you won't retain anything, but does fulfill the curriculum hours you need for the test.
Plus it is pricey to spend on it. If you have the funds and want to listen to very dry learning lol (just my opinion) go for it.
what companies are you looking at?
Coach
Land the role and get the company to pay. I wouldn’t keep investing if I’m unemployed. Experience is still better.
