Does anyone know if their firm has any inclusion initiatives around hiring individuals with special needs as part of a transition program? For example, when offices are open, having individuals be employed by the firm and help with more administrative tasks such as helping to get conference rooms set up for events, assisting visitors, etc.? Just found out that end of the year I will be promoted from analyst directly to VP and since it’s such a large jump I’ll be the lowest paid VP in asset management at only $135k TC. Should I stay it out and wait for TC to align or take the promotion and jump ship bc I will likely get paid more elsewhere given how recruiters/other companies eat up hiring recently promoted ppl from other firms?

I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. I know the thought process and stuff but 'I' wasn't the one who did that part in the project. How to convince them that I could do the job without taking credit of others.

Any recommendations on data warehousing solutions? Struggling to find something that covers all the bases but is still economical. Considering looking into consultants at this point

I’ve got about 20 years cross channel experience in marketing, split between big brands and startups, and I’m considering pivoting into a data science/data analyst role. I know it will initially be a step back in comp but is it at all realistic for a person with certificate level experience in data analysis but a decent marketing management background to expect $150-200k comp or is that mostly for degreed candidates (or not realistic at all)?
