I just joined a start-up and last week I was working 12-15 hours a day. My last job was also at a start-up, where I regularly worked 12 hours days. There came a point where I had to be admitted to hospital due to exhaustion.

How do I avoid this at my new job? I don't want to over work. I want to work for 8 hours and then spend rest of my time living my life. I'd really like some genuine advice.

I received a phone call from Airtel Digital yesterday. They are looking for Java Backend Engineers. The HR asked me about my NP. I honestly told them 90 days, but they are looking for someone to join in 45 days. I told her that I could finish my work in 60 days and join Airtel in 60 days, but she was not agreeing. She told me to start servicing notice.
