These aren’t really red flags to mess I knew this walking in and understand as they are small. However it seems that every time there is a mistake in my projects or a hiccup due to their own messy files and process I’m the one to blame. My manager keeps saying it’s not looked at as bad but it happens every time and it’s people higher than him getting annoyed with me. Recently a packaged file didn’t have all the fonts so I asked where to find them, it was automatically assumed I didn’t know what I was doing rather than looking and seeing the fonts were corrupted. And became a big conversation about how I should be better at searching for things. I’m getting pretty tired of being looked at as an idiot who keeps messing up. Any advice? I want to try and stick it out another year and then go freelance once I’m married and on my fiancé’s benefits.
