I have been assigned to a Unbillable Project, they are building one app and have recruited people from the talent pool. The project is not registered in GLOW. And they are calling it as Voluntary Contribution type project for studio. Is this what they call Internal Project in Globant?
Will there be any impact if I don't perform as per their expectations?
Will it be of any benefit to me if work in voluntary project? Will HR recognize this project contribution as valid work?

Do you know the “why” behind the termination?
Often things optically may not look good - but it’s depends what’s actually going on. The employee may be able to file a wrongful dismissal suit if it’s truly the case, but maybe something else was going on you’re not privy to.
I’m not saying we shouldn’t treat people respectfully - but there are people who are a risk when terminated, and I know we’ve done that when some is volatile or vengeful/disgruntled.
Also timesheet are very easy to update on the back end. In good faith, the company will also likely pay full hours up to and including the last day.

My apologies, I figured she just was complaining because she saw some normal bugs, not that she was making an OSHA complaint. But I stand by my statement that, unless you're talking about yourself, you don't really know the reason she was fired.
Not sure what HRIS you're using, but most of them allow a certain "limited access" even after termination to allow for tax docs, etc.

I have seen access removed immediately before, but the way it is done matters. Watching someone disappear from systems in real time can feel quite unsettling.
