I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

I personally think you can flourish in the job market with that experience. Specially if you are the one that help put new processes in place . The time is definitely now I’d you are looking for a company change HRBP position are literally everywhere at the moment go for that change !
I don't think it will look bad, many orgs look at longs tenures as an impressive feat. Just be ready to demonstrate examples of significant professional growth, and ways you have helped the company grow.
No, staying at one company is less common these days, but if it made sense for your career growth/path it won't count against you. Most people hop around because they can get bigger pay bumps by doing so - future recruiters/managers looking at your resume are just as likely to think you worked for a great, well-paying company.
You an do so much with that experience. I would not worry one bit about that working against you. That looks great on a resume.
It limits the perspective you can offer. Many would look at you and assume you are stuck ‘doing it the same way as we’ve always done it”. Be ready to share on your resume how you are innovative with ideas.
