Hi,
My wife got an offer from PS for Graphic Designing job.
Designation - Senior Associate Process Solution Level 1
But there is a clause of end date and I am afraid that once this period is over they will fire her.
Is this a standard practice in PS?
HR and Director have assured her that this is a practice in PS and she will be converted into Full Time Employee after this period.

Should she join?
Going to zero!

I interviewed for Data Analyst role at EY, it went well and the job sounds great, but I'm a bit hesitant to leave PwC because I really like the firm and I'm just 8 months in my job as an associate at a subgroup of ITS that has some focus on technology and analytics but it's mostly tax compliance.
I do want to transition to data analytics but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to go to another big 4, or maybe just look for a position in industry.
Any advice or similar experience?

It happened with me as well couple of months back when I was on a job search. I gave more than 8 interviews in grown organizations and was rejected by all. Here's what I did- Started reaching out the interviewers on LinkedIn and asked for feedback. 9 out of 11 gave me feedback and main reason was relevant knowledge. Later I started putting more efforts on research and understanding what are the pain points that the guy will expected to solve. And finally got a job in one of the organization I wanted to. If you need more details happy to connect and share. P.S.: I'm based out in India.
That sounds like a good idea. Thanks! I will reach out!
I remembered, one of the Big 4 Interviews was in their "Acceleration Center" which I heard is grunt work and extremely low pay, which I got accepted by. So it really doesn't seem like it's my personality that's a turn off, just the experience.
I also given interview and went to final round. They said fine with the performance. But next day they told I was rejected.
