CTS few years back and today are two different worlds. It used to be a dream firm for many people and had employee friendly policies.
Now they are mostly on cost cutting mode in all ways possible.
Pros:
You are joining healthcare domain which is forte for CTS
If you need to move back to India for a while you can ask for a transfer.
If you are a south Indian you are going to get more support.
You can switch between domains, CTS has wide set of clients.
Cons:
Have you worked with super egoistic indian managers and can handle their round the clock support expectaion?
Much more offshore support and calls
Above two common for all Desi firms not just CTS
If you are not from south indian community and rest all team is then you will struggle
CTS brand wise is not ACN level.
That would be a downgrade from Accenture and you would have to deal with Indian paper pushing managers most times. Are you willing to take that risk?
I feel like I’m underpaid at ACN so it’s hard to say no. But I definitely understand your point. Every interviewer I talked to had just a weak vibe, no one sounded proud.
If the offer was anywhere but witch, I’d say take it. There are better opportunities out there OP
you can join if you are citizen or gc ....do not join if you need sponsorship

Ex CTS, culture is different and you may eventually hate it, clients do not respect the brand even when you are great at your work.
But you will find some great talent to work with and also lots of average talent and with that kind of pay, you will not be able to participate in 401k. When I touched 124k could not participate in 401k because of rule related to highly compensation employee. Yearly pay increase will be less. They have ESPP which is good. Join only if you are GC/Citizen.
I would not join CTS even with 100% raise. EY, Deloitte and Kpmg are all hiring like crazy right now
CTS is a significant step down and 30k is not a big enough number for what it will cost you in terms of exit opportunities and terrible managers you will work with at the body shop that is cts.
Also 135k is not manager level pay. Most external hire managers at B4 or Accenture come in over 150-160k. I was a SC at Deloitte at 155k and came to Lighthouse in Kpmg as M at 182k.
What your yoe kpmg1
In cts Frequently policy change is going on , 10 hrs work hours, late appriasal, no reward policy, high politics in projects , high attrition of talentd people , no training upskill, hire and fire last year mostly asociate and above , wrost mangement etc
